Hi everyone!

In this post i will talk about some important beauty and health tips, wich can be for both girls and guys. First of all, you should always drink a lot of water, since your body can not live with out it. Water is cheap, and it will help with everything in your body. Use it for inside and outside your body; this means drink it and wash your face with it to prevent acne. Water can wash out all the greasy things you ate, and clean the dirt out of your face. Water keeps your skin moisturized, your lips, your hair etc. Water is good for EVERYTHING, so be sure to choose water over soda. Remember, water is also good for your body oder; if you dont drink enogh, your more likely to smell worse.
Another good tip to stay healthy and strong, is to exercise. Instead of staying in home on the weekends, or driving everywere by car, you should change your routine and start walking more.
And last but not least, make sure you get enogh sleep! you will look and feel better ;)
